publication guidelines

Dear Contributors,

We kindly ask that you adhere to the following publication requirements:

  • File Format: Manuscript files should be submitted in one of the following formats: DOC, DOCX, or RTF. Microsoft Word documents must not be locked or password-protected.

  • Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12.

  • Layout: The manuscript text should be single-spaced. Please do not format the text in multiple columns.

  • Headings: Headings and subheadings should be in bold and separated from the surrounding text by a single blank line above and below. Please do not number subheadings.

  • Page Numbers: Do not include page numbers in your file.

  • Structure: The manuscript should be organized as follows:

    • Main title/subtitle in the original language

    • Abstract and title in English (maximum 150 words)

    • 6–10 keywords in English

    • Main text

    • Author information: full name, institutional affiliation, and email address

  • Language: The title, abstract, and keywords should be provided in both the original language and in English. If the article is written in English and the author is not a native English speaker, these elements should also be submitted in the author’s native language.

  • Reference Style: Please follow the Chicago Manual of Style (Notes and Bibliography format).

Your initial proposal does not need to fully comply with all technical requirements listed above. However, once a submission is accepted for publication, authors must carefully ensure that all formatting guidelines are strictly followed. Please note that Philosophia will not proceed with the publication of accepted manuscripts that do not fully meet the formatting standards.
